Rocky
FROM THE FOSTER:
Oh my goodness he is adorable!!!! And soft!!! He is really a good boy. My husband was saying he’d fit in our house well but we have more dogs to help temporarily before we help one permanently. 🙂 Since he isn’t very big, Rocky is super easy to walk on the leash. He weaves a little bit when not with another dog but he doesn’t pull at all. Totally calm. He’d be good for someone that doesn’t want to have to control a large dog on a walk.

Rocky is an 8 month old lab mix that slipped in at the last minute when we were picking up from a shelter. He is a little guy with a big heart and will make someone very happy when he comes to stay.
A recent bout with kennel cough got him a weekend foster with a transport volunteer and he fell in love. He is house trained and went happily in his crate and slept while he was gone. A trip to Taco Mac won many friends and admirers.
Rocky is still very much a puppy and will need a home where someone has time to set up structure and boundaries (like every dog needs), but he is smart and very obedient and it wonât take long before he catches on.
