Poor Penelope (now Perry) is very confused and sad. She came in with her mom, a purebred Walker Hound, and was adopted as a little puppy about a year ago. Her family was not giving her the time and attention she needed and thought that leaving her in the yard was the next best option until she started to get bored and began to chew things. She is housetrained and crate trained and is a little shy right now, but very sweet.
