Newton
FROM THE FOSTER:
Sweet, smart, handsome and cuddly Newton. He is the whole package! Newton
is house trained, and sleeps all night on his bed in our room. He would love
to spend 24 hours a day being scratched behind the ears or playing with his
Kong. He goes in his crate willingly for about 4 hours at a time. He is
great around other dogs, and plays a little, but is also fine being an only
dog. He loves people, but is on the fence about cats! He knows basic
commands, but is a quick study and has the ability to learn a lot more! He
has the heart of a lab with what looks like a splash of american bulldog
which makes him almost the perfect combination!

Newton is about 2 years old and came from a shelter east of town. This is a dog that is always happy and makes the best of whatever life throws his way. He came in and ended up getting stuck in boarding for 3 weeks. Although he was alone in his run, he spent his days playing with balls and kongs, throwing them in the air and catching them and entertaining himself for hours and days.
