Midnight
FROM THE FOSTER:
Midnight is an active, dynamic and smart dog – she loves to play fetch, go on a run with you or play in the dog park with other dogs.
With us she learned to sit, lay down, crawl, do a roll, stay and come, leave it and bring it. I think she would love further training and anything like agility or obedience training. She is fully house-trained and is able to stay in her crate, but prefers to have some more space when her people are gone. We left her in our living room with a kong, special chew toy and her bed and she was fine for up to four hours. This will only work though, if she has learned before what she is allowed to chew and jump on and what not.
She is not a big fan of water, but maybe that can change over time. Overall she is an amazing partner for life, once you earned her trust and know her. She deserves the best!

Midnight is a young 8 month old female lab mix that came in with a group of 8 dogs from a very rural shelter. Due to their location they get very little help and most of these dogs have been there for months and some for their whole life. Luckily, the people who run the shelter are great with the dogs and keep them social and healthy.
She was lucky to get a foster home as soon as her vetting was finished and they say that she is picking up housetraining and crate training very well and she is very happy and relaxed. If you would like to adopt Midnight, please go to www.atlantalabrescue.com to fill out an application.
