Bowie
FROM THE FOSTER:
Bowie has an incredible temperament. He is easy going and very laid back, while still being pretty playful. He isn’t afraid of strangers and he loves other dogs. He does well in a crate and he is not food or toy aggressive. He thinks he’s a lap dog and loves to cuddle. He doesn’t know any commands. We’ve learned sit. And he’s doing very well with it, but still hasn’t mastered it. We are working on housetraining and he’s doing really well, but we’re back to puppy basics. We started with bathroom breaks every 1 hour and today we are up to every 2-3 hours. When he gets adopted, someone is going to need to be with him the first few days to get him on a good potty schedule.

Bowie is a young white lab mix. When they found him he was so covered with dirt you couldnât tell what color he was. Heâs one of the 7 dogs that we took in from a shelter in AL. There are no rescues nearby and that shelter never gets any help for the dogs. Heâs one of the lucky pup and we think someone will be lucky to get him.
