Bart is, or will soon be, a beautiful 65 pound, 11 year old white lab. Currently, he is the poster child for the ravages of neglect and the elements. Relegated to a life in the yard getting eaten by insects and worms, like so many other dogs we get, luckily his issues are cosmetic and with a little TLC, he will be good as new.
